Fitness Classes For Westerly Residents.
Hi & Welcome…
I’m Tristan and I will be running the new Westerly Fitness / Bootcamp Classes.
This new workout class will be a fun and effective 1 hour session where we will make use of the superb gym at Westerly and also the outside areas during the warm weather.
“The class will be a great way for beginner to advanced trainees to all come together and enjoy an hour of working out, getting to know your new gym and meeting new friends.”
My health & fitness training business is based in Erie Colorado, and I have been helping people transform their body’s and their health for over 25 yrs in numerous countries.

If you would like to attend then all you have to do is fill out the waiver below and let me or Emma at Westerly know you are interested.
Currently the first introduction class will be FREE and take place on April 12 at 10 am and then each Saturday at this time.
Prices are listed below for Drop-in as well as 10 pack punch passes. And you can pay via Zelle, Venmo or Paypal.
Step 1: Download and fill out the waiver (email it back or drop it off with Emma at Westerly).
Step 2: Contact us to put your name down for the class.
Step 3: Use one of the pay links to purchase either your weekly drop in session or a 10 Pack Punch Pass (Currently giving you 2 free classes in the cost).

The Town of Erie is a Statutory Town located in Weld and Boulder counties, Colorado, United States.[1] The town population was 30,038 at the 2020 United States Census, a +65.64% increase since the 2010 United States Census.[4] At the 2020 census, 17,387 (58%) Erie residents lived in Weld County and 12,651 (42%) lived in Boulder County. Erie is a part of the Denver-Aurora, CO Combined Statistical Area and the Front Range Urban Corridor.
Erie is located just west of Interstate 25, with easy access to Interstate 70, Denver International Airport and Colorado’s entire Front Range. Erie’s Planning Area spans 48 square miles (120 km2), extending from the north side of State Highway 52 south to State Highway 7, and between US 287 on the west and Interstate 25 to the east.[7] Erie is approximately 35 minutes from Denver International Airport, 25 minutes from Denver and 20 minutes from Boulder.
The town was named after Erie, Pennsylvania, the former home of early settler Richard Van Valkenburg.[8]
